She is passionate about advancing the leadership and rights of girls and young women in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), HIV prevention, gender equality, youth empowerment, and feminism.
Sukoluhle Ncube
Programs and Operations Coordinator
She joined DAWA in 2022 as a Programs Administrator and now serves as the Programs and Operations Coordinator, supporting program coordination, advocacy, and movement building for AGYW leadership. She is passionate about gender equality and aims to pursue Social Work to better serve marginalized women and girls.
Tracey Gwatidah
Communications and Campaigns Coordinator
She supports DAWA’s mission through strategic storytelling, digital engagement, and advocacy communications. She uses audience-centered messaging and visual storytelling to amplify women’s voices, strengthen gender justice advocacy, and advance inclusive policy change..
Winnet Chaka
Programs Associate- Community Mobilization
Dedicated to strengthening community participation and driving grassroots impact, she coordinates outreach initiatives, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and supports the design and implementation of programs that empower communities to take collective action around key social issues.
